The picture is a real photo of the same scene captured at each exposure value. As you change shutter speed or f-stop, it updates to the frame matching the current EV100 — so any settings that land on the same EV (equivalent exposures) look identical, while a higher EV gets darker and a lower EV brighter.

Three shooting modes:

ISO is fixed at 100. The chart highlights the EV100 for your current shutter × f-stop combination, where EV = log₂(N²÷t).
